The NCHS Soccer Booster Organization sole purpose
is to support the Coaches and Players of the NCHS Soccer Program. It is the responsibility
of every parent to support their NCHS Soccer Player by volunteering in the
Booster Organization. Everyone has a skill and/or time that can be used to benefit
our Players, Coaches, and Soccer program!! There is no experience necessary. Take
a moment to look through the committees below and reach out to any Booster
Officer or Coach to let us know how you can help.
You WILL NOT be alone!! All Booster Officers,
Previous Committee Members/Chairman, and Volunteers are available to
help you and will show you the ropes. It isn’t as scary as it looks
- Give it a Go!!
Committees Needing Your Help
Apparel - Committee/Chairman is responsible for coordinating
Spirit Wear, Uniform, and Coaches Attire activities. This will include, but is
not limited to - gathering quotes, ordering, and distribution of these items.

End of Year Banquet: Committee/Chairman is responsible for
coordinating Banquet activities. This includes, but is not limited to – gathering
quotes for venue and food/drink, decorations, ordering/picking up approved senior
gifts to be distributed by the Coaches, and logistics of RSVP process.

Communications: Committee/Chairman is responsible for coordinating
communication platforms and methods to the NCHS Soccer Warriors. This will
include, but is not limited to – updating and maintaining Gmail email account,
interfacing with Webmaster for website updates and providing team contact lists.

Concessions - Committee/Chairman is responsible for coordination
of concession stand at all home soccer games. This will include, but is not
limited to - supply ordering/pickup, stand opening/closing, volunteer
coordination.

Fundraising: Committee/Chairman is responsible for
coordinating approved fundraising initiatives during the off season. This includes,
but is not limited to – distribution/collection dates at NCHS, and volunteer
coordination.

Kick Off Night - Committee/Chairman is responsible for coordinating
Kick Off Night activities. This includes, but is not limited to the following activities
– Dues Payments, New Spirit Wear Distribution/Sales, Volunteer Sign Up for all committees/Open
Chairmanships (Concession, Team Coordinator, Game Announcement, Senior Night,
Team Bonding Events, etc.

Photography: Committee/Chairman
is responsible for taking photographs of soccer players during home game(s)
identified by the Coaching staff, special events, and at the end of year
Banquet. This includes, but is not limited to – photos, uploading photos to
NCHS Soccer GDrive, creation of Picasso album(s) with select photos to be used
in the slide show on the website.

Transportation - Committee/Chairman is responsible for
coordinating transportation to any away games that Cobb County Bus transport is
not available.

Special Events – Committee/Chairman is responsible for
coordinating Senior Night and Team Building activities.

Senior Night – This includes, but is not limited to – ordering/delivery/distribution
of food to press box, field/press box decorations, senior night gifts, and
senior bios for announcement. Event Chair: Open
Team Dinners – This includes, but is not limited to – gathering
quotes ad event reservations, and overall logistics. Event Chair: Open
Warrior Welcome – this includes, but is not limited to –
attending warrior welcome, creating/distributing information about NCHS Soccer,
and obtaining contact information from students interested in soccer, and student
and parent volunteer coordination for the event. Event Chairs
